Metta: Metta Dael currently serves as the Director of International Admission at Northfield Mount Hermon. Ms. Dael has successfully developed Northfield Mount Hermon's international student population to represent 47 countries. Ms. Dael has the unique perspective of having been an international student at boarding school. Much of her cultural competency work has been shaped by living in numerous countries and spending her school age life attending international school in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Indonesia. She has presented at SSAT and is part of the TABS Global Symposium Committee. She has facilitated admission workshops and presentations in eleven countries. Ms. Dael holds a master’s degree in Multicultural Education from New York University Gallatin School and is a graduate of Columbia University’s Executive Education Program in Not-for-Profit Management.
